Quick Lite Meal In Less Than 5 Minutes
I threw together a few ingredients tonight and I’m calling it my American version of Fou. If you are unfamiliar with Fou its a Vietnamese soup. My delicious American version of Fou has Chicken broth, parsley noodles, carrots, lemon juice, spinach leaves, ginger, salt and cayenne pepper. Pop in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!

Simple Healthy Dish
So what’s in it? Quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh parsley, feta cheese, lemon or lime juice, lite salt, cayenne pepper and basil. I also like to some times add chicken to mix it up. Mix and serve warm or at room temperature. This dish is very quick and simple to make. Bon appétit!

Healthy Tasty Spinach Salad
Hi Fitness Family,
For lunch I made a delicious nutrient filled salad with spinach, sunflower seeds, raisins, carrots, celery, apples, onions and ground turkey with hummus as dressing. Hummus a thick paste made from ground chickpeas, sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon, and garlic, made originally in the Middle East. You can buy hummus in the vegetable section at your local grocery store or get crafty and make your own hummus.
